At LUNERIOX we want you to love your ritual. If anything isn't right, email us at
contact@luneriox.com and we'll take care of it.
30-Day Glow Guarantee
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Glow Guarantee.
If you're not completely happy with your GlowBrush™ device, contact us within 30 days
of delivery and we'll refund your order in full — even if you've already used it.
That's the point: we want you to try it properly. No questions asked.
To start, email contact@luneriox.com with your order number. In most cases you will
NOT need to ship the product back to us — we'll confirm by email and process your
refund directly.
Consumable and hygiene products (such as the GlowFoam™ Cleanser) can be refunded
within 30 days if they are unopened. For hygiene reasons, opened cleansers cannot be
returned — but if a consumable arrives damaged, leaking or faulty, we replace or
refund it, opened or not.
1-Year Warranty on the GlowBrush™ Device
Your GlowBrush™ device is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects,
starting on the day your order is delivered.
If your device stops working, loses charge abnormally, or develops a fault within
12 months, email contact@luneriox.com with your order number and a short photo or
video showing the issue. Once confirmed, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.
You do not need to return the faulty unit unless we specifically ask you to.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage,
drops, misuse, or normal cosmetic wear.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect,
contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the
issue and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are processed and shipped. Once an
order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by the
30-Day Glow Guarantee above.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed
within 2 business days of approval; your bank or payment provider may take a further
5-10 business days to show the funds.
If you haven't seen your refund 10 business days after we confirmed it, email us at
contact@luneriox.com and we'll chase it with you.
