Where We Ship
We currently ship across the United States. More countries are coming.
Shipping Costs
Your first order ships free.
After that, standard shipping is a flat $2.49 per order, shown at checkout before
you pay. There are no other shipping fees, handling fees or surprise charges.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment.
Processing can take slightly longer during holidays and promotional periods.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 6-12 days in total across the US, from the day you order.
Orders that contain more than one product may arrive in more than one delivery, as
items can ship from different fulfilment locations. If that happens, you'll receive
a separate tracking link for each parcel, and you're never charged more for it.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather and incorrect addresses can
affect them.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24-48
hours to start updating after you receive it.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional $2.99 add-on at checkout that covers loss, theft or
damage in transit with an immediate replacement, no photos or claim process needed.
You never need it to be protected: every order is covered by our 30-Day Glow Guarantee
and, for the GlowBrush™ device, a 1-year warranty. If a parcel is lost or arrives
damaged we will always help you, whether or not you added Shipping Protection.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not able to recover orders sent to
an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always try to help.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or looks lost, email contact@luneriox.com with
your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and sort out a
replacement or a refund.
